Mr. Thomas C. Watkins, passed Thursday, November 26, 2020. Mr. Thomas C. Watkins will be funeralized with his daughter Tammy Watkins in a Double Graveside service Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 2 pm at Philadelphia UMC Cemetery, 157 Philadelphia Drive, Rockingham, NC 28379 with a Public Viewing on Monday, November 30, 2020 from 12-4pm at Nelson Funeral Home, 1021 E. Washington St. Rockingham, NC 28379. Nelson Funeral Service is serving the family.
