Susan Sartor Davis, 60, of Rockingham, ascended from her earthly body and gained her wings unexpectantly Thursday, August 22, 2024.

Ms. Davis was born April 3, 1964, in Cheraw, SC to the late John Harrison Sartor, Sr. and Wanda Sue Sartor.  She is a 1982 graduate of Cheraw High School.  She later received her Pharmacy Tech Credentials in South Carolina.  Susan was a former graduate from Never2Scared in Spruce Pines, NC and also worked as a night manager.  Ms. Davis then moved to Rockingham, NC to be closer to her son.  She loved spending time with family and friends, especially her son and his girlfriend.  She enjoyed spending time outdoors, gardening, listening to Cecelia Winans and worshipping the lord.  Susan Had the most beautiful smile, contagious laugh and the biggest heart that wanted nothing more than to help others.  Her impact on the Never2Scared Community along with her family and friends is nothing short of extraordinary.  She is so loved and will be deeply missed by so many.  She was a member of Berry Chapel Baptist Church in Spruce Pines, NC.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her Husband Freddie Paul Davis, Maternal Grandparents Robert Eulah and Attie Blanche Jordan Rollins and Paternal Grandparents Henry Harrison and Sadie Howle Sartor.

Surviving is her son who shed adored James Davis (Kinley), Mother Wanda Sartor, and a brother John Sartor II (Faye) and nephews.

A Celebration of Susan's Life will be held on Thursday, August 29th at 6p.m. at Grace Fellowship Church, 217 Midway, Road, Rockingham, NC 28379 with Pastor Roger Webster, officiating.
