Phyllis Deloris Blue, 54, Charlotte, passed Sunday, April 25, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 11am at Alexander Funeral Home, 1424 Statesville Ave., Charlotte, NC 28206 with a burial at Stelley's Tabernacle AME Zion Church, 161 Stelley's Tabernacle Church Road Rockingham. The family will receive family and friends on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 6-8pm at Alexander Funeral Home.
