Nellie B. Toler, 76, Charlotte, NC, passed on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.  Service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Wayman Chapel Faith Center, 461 Ghio Road, Hamlet, NC  28345. Visitation from 12:30pm until 1pm prior to the service.

Mrs. Nellie B. Toler was born November 14,1948 to the loving parents of Gladys Girtrue Dawkins Bristow (deceased) and Emanuel Bristow (deceased).  She was educated in the Richmond County Schools. She made her home in Mecklenburg County and was employed by FedEx until retirement.

She gave birth to one beautiful daughter, Melissa Toler Williams. She has three handsome grandsons: DeAndre Stinson (Mortquita), Daure Stinson and Frederick Whitaker, Jr. (Shannon). She has one great-grandson, Elliott Michael Stinson, husband Mutazzi El-Bey. She leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication through her siblings Helen Bristow Williams (Ted), Prinell E. Bristow (Marjorie Terry), Elijah B. Bristow and Sandra I. Bristow (Tim Mills). One brother, Emanuel I. Bristow (Geneva, deceased), preceded her in death.  She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
