Frances Elizabeth Clark Phillips, 46, Troy, NC, formerly of Bluefield, West Virginia, passed on Saturday, January 14, 2023 after a short illness. She is survived by her husband Billy Joe Phillips; three daughters, Chasity Wooten (Hunter) Princeton, WV, Amber and Kaitlyn Bowling of Troy, North Carolina. Her parents Larry and Judy Clark of Princeton, West Virginia one brother Chris Clark of Faith, North Carolina. Three stepchildren, Nathan, Hailey and Tommie, nieces and nephews. There will not be a formal service held for Mrs. Phillips. Nelson Funeral Service is serving the family.
