Beverly R Leak

Beverly R. Leak was born to the late Nathaniel and Minnie Robinson on October 13, 1948 in Hamlet Hospital.   She was the youngest girl of five siblings.  She departed this life on February 19, 2020.

Jean was preceded in death by her sister, Ruby Lee Russell, grandson, Christian Martin Robinson and her mother and father. 

Jean was married to Bryant Avester Leak, Sr. She attended the public schools in Hamlet, NC.  She loved working at nursing homes.  Jean worked in nursing and the health field for forty-one years and retired 2018.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories: four sons, Charles (Flo) Robinson, George (Patrice) Robinson, Bryant Leak, Darrius (Katlin) Leak of the home; three daughters, Pam (Ben) Robinson, Taquilla (Eric) Leak, and Saquilla (Shannon) Leak; sister, Luevern Brand; brothers, Carey (Shirl) Robinson and Alexander Robinson, all of Hamlet, NC; twenty-five grand children; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; two unborn grandchildren; a special mother-in-law, Connie Leak; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
